SOM Salud Mental 360 (360 Mental Health) is aware of the importance of the current privacy and data protection regulations in place. In this regard, we care for the protection of the security, integrity, truthfulness, and confidentiality of the data provided by our patients and their family, users, clients or providers, by acting in a responsible and transparent manner.

The current privacy policy (hereinafter, “The Policy”) aims to inform you of how we collect, treat, and protect any personal data which you may provide. Likewise, we describe the purposes of the processing of personal data collected through the website https://www.som360.org/ (hereinafter, “The Web Site”), or by phone, SMS, email or postal mail. Where appropriate, details will be provided as to whether the data may be used by third parties.

In this document, we try to provide you with a description of the Policy as simple and clear as possible. We recommend you read our Policy and contact us if you have any questions.

Our policy does not regulate data processing activities of other enterprises and organizations that promote our services and/or products.

For what purpose do we process your data?

The data you provide us are processed for the following purposes:

We will be responding to your petitions as soon as possible and, in any cases, within one (1) month of receiving your request. In certain circumstances, the period may be extended to two more (2) months, in which case we will be informing you in due course within one (1) month of receiving your request.

If you think that the processing of your personal data violates the data protection regulations, or if you believe we have not satisfied the exercise of your rights, you can file a complaint (present a complaint before the) with the competent supervisory authority according to your place of residence. Is there the option to modify the current privacy policy?

Hospital Sant Joan de Déu reserves the right to modify the current Privacy Policy in order to adapt it to new legislations or jurisprudential and to respond to organizational and health care sector changes. We will not limit the rights, which belong to you with the change of the current Privacy Policy, nor will we make substantial modifications on it without informing you beforehand. We will publish all modifications of the current Privacy Policy on this page and, if they are to be significant, we will release a more detailed notification (for example, we would send you a notification by email if the modification were to affect certain aspects and – in exceptional cases- we would also once again request your consent).
